I'm not based in Dubai — can I still book a call?
Absolutely. The majority of investors I work with are based outside the UAE — primarily in the UK, Europe, and Asia. The call takes place via video or phone, and I’m experienced in guiding international buyers through the full process remotely, including legal, financial, and currency considerations.
How much capital do I need to invest in Dubai real estate?
This varies significantly by property type, location, and whether you’re looking at off-plan or ready units. Some entry points start from AED 600,000–800,000 for apartments in growth corridors, while premium communities require considerably more. The strategy call is the right place to explore what’s realistic and appropriate for your capital position.
What makes Behniya different from other Dubai brokers?
Most brokers present you with a list of available properties. My approach is to understand your investment thesis first, then identify what actually serves that thesis — which sometimes means steering you away from high-commission projects that don’t fit.
