Yes — completely free, with no obligation to proceed. The call is an opportunity for both of us: you get clarity on your investment situation, and I get to understand whether I can genuinely add value for you. If there’s a fit, we explore it. If there isn’t, I’ll tell you honestly and point you in the right direction.

Absolutely. The majority of investors I work with are based outside the UAE — primarily in the UK, Europe, and Asia. The call takes place via video or phone, and I’m experienced in guiding international buyers through the full process remotely, including legal, financial, and currency considerations.


This varies significantly by property type, location, and whether you’re looking at off-plan or ready units. Some entry points start from AED 600,000–800,000 for apartments in growth corridors, while premium communities require considerably more. The strategy call is the right place to explore what’s realistic and appropriate for your capital position.

Most brokers present you with a list of available properties. My approach is to understand your investment thesis first, then identify what actually serves that thesis — which sometimes means steering you away from high-commission projects that don’t fit. As Co-Founder of Veer & Sant, I also have direct developer relationships that give clients access to allocations and pricing not available on the open market.

Do I need to have decided to invest before booking?
